DAY 1
5:30 am - 6:00 am: Departure from Antigua.
A 15-seat shared bus will pass by your hotel to take you to Panajachel. This bus ride takes two and a half hours, depending on traffic.
8:30 am Arrival in Panajachel, upon arrival you will have a typical breakfast included before starting the tour
9:00 am Start of the tour visiting three different towns around the lake: San Juan, San Antonio Palopó and Santiago Atitlán.
San Juan la Laguna
Visit a women's textile cooperative. Tour an art gallery to appreciate paintings, and visit a chocolate factory where you can taste the products.
Saint Anthony Palopó
Visit a small pottery workshop. Each technique will be explained, and you'll have the opportunity to participate in the process (optional).
Santiago Atitlán
Interaction with a family that practices religious syncretism (a blend of religions). Visit to a church and altar where Saint Simon (Maximon) is located.
For lunch (NOT INCLUDED) the guide will suggest a restaurant where you can have lunch, if you do not wish to be in this one, you can notify the guide and he will give you the meeting point at the end of the meal time.
3:00 pm Tour ends.
4:00 pm Transfer to your hotel in Panajachel.

7:00 am: Typical breakfast included before boarding the bus.
8:00 am: Departure for the Chichicastenango Market
A 15-seat shared bus will pick you up at your hotel to take you to the Chichicastenango Market.
You'll have free time to explore the market's various locations. A guide is not required for this tour. The market closes at 2:00 p.m.
Market exit: 2:00 pm
Collective bus transfer for 15 people to return to Antigua Guatemala
