  • WHAT IS THE BEST DATE TO TRAVEL?

    Guatemala has a tropical climate that offers diverse experiences throughout the year. The best time to travel will depend on your interests and the activities you want to do.

    DRY SEASON:

    Late November to April is the most popular time to visit, as the weather is generally sunny and dry with pleasant temperatures.

    RAINY SEASON:

    May to October: During these months, rain is frequent, especially in the afternoons. Rain can make some outdoor activities and access to certain areas difficult.

  • WHERE IS BEST TO STAY FOR TOURS?

    It all depends on the places you want to visit, as most tours depart from Antigua Guatemala. If this is your case, and you want to see different tourist sites, it's best to stay in Antigua.

    If you're only interested in exploring the center of the capital and its surrounding areas, the best option would be to stay in the exclusive zone of the capital.

  • CAN I GET A FULL REFUND?

    Due to the nature of our service, once a purchase is made, we incur costs that we cannot recover. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for customer cancellations.

    However, we may offer an alternative, such as a credit for a future purchase or a date change, provided we are notified fifteen days in advance and the situation is valid.

    We appreciate your understanding regarding our refund policy.


  • HOW DO I PROCEED WITH MY RESERVATION?

    Once the dates, the tourist attractions you're interested in, and the number of people traveling have been established, we will send our payment link with a 50% advance payment. Payment must be made twenty days before the client's arrival. Otherwise, full payment is required.

    A passport/ID photo of the person making the payment is also required to ensure their card has not been misused. Once this is completed, our sales representative will send you your tickets to confirm your reservation.
